MEET THE FOUNDERS
Allow us to introduce ourselves - Sara Spindle and Jess Levy, sisters and business partners for 9 years. Having been to A LOT of Networking Events over the years, and often coming away feeling less than inspired, we have taken matters into our own hands!
At Level Up Ladies, our intention is to bring together female entrepreneurs for inspiration, collaboration and connection.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US
Sara
Hey, I’m Sara, a Wellness Consultant, with a particular focus on gut health. I am also a Body Balance instructor, teaching both one on one clients and weekly classes in Radlett, Hertfordshire combining Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Meditation.
I started my entrepreneurial journey 9 years ago after a decade as a primary School teacher - the grind of working for someone else, the lack of ownership over my time and the direction my life was heading in was a less than positive picture.
I love bringing together women in business, as I know working for yourself can sometimes feel lonely.
My passion is helping people with their mind and body connection.

Jess
Hey, I’m Jess, I have been an entrepreneur for 9 years in the wellness space, beginning this exciting phase of my life while studying at university.
I am currently focused on writing a book about love and dating having recently got married. I spent a decade being single so I am very passionate about sharing all of the wisdom I wish I’d known sooner. There are lots of lessons and mindset shifts that aren’t traditionally discussed in Relationship books.
I’m very conscious about spending time with other success minded women, who are centred around growth and levelling up in all areas of life.
